45ml Pineapple Juice
5ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

30ml egg white
15ml simple syrup
Shake with ice and strain into glass.
30ml lemon juice poured in last and stirred to change the colour to purple. 
Vodka, Lime and Soda

Add to a tumbler of ice, top with soda and squeeze in lime for colour to change

160ml Clamato juice
Salt & Pepper
