Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the individual nature of made to order purchases, once your order has been placed, cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted. These products are non-refundable and also non-returnable unless, as above, they have been damaged in transit.
